Terms of Business

1. Introduction

Welcome to LetsGetWeb ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the provision of web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services to our clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Website Design and Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & AIO
• Revenue Consulting & Strategy
• Website Maintenance and Support

The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate proposal, quotation, or invoice provided to you.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Terms: Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion or prior to the website launch.

3.3 Monthly Services: For recurring services (e.g., SEO, Maintenance), fees are billed monthly in advance.

3.4 Late Payment: We reserve the right to suspend services or take down the website if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Content: You retain ownership of all content (text, images, branding) you provide to us. You guarantee that you have the right to use such content and indemnify us against any copyright claims.

4.2 Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code developed specifically for you is transferred to you.

4.3 Our Rights: We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, or libraries used in the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary assets, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may result in project deadlines being extended.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetsGetWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. In the event of termination by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable, and payment for all work completed up to the termination date is due immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
